To provide your eviction notice, please follow these steps through our Smart Tenant App:
Login to the Smart Tenant App using your registered mobile number and OTP.
Navigate to the Profile section and select “Move Out Request” or “Evacuation Notice.”
Select your move-out date and submit. (Please note that a prior 30-day notice is mandatory after the lock-in period. Therefore, please select a date at least 30 days from today.)
Your deposit will be initiated for a refund within 24 hours following your vacate date.
