Important Guidelines for All Tenants
By GharApna Management Services
Dear Tenant,
To ensure a safe, respectful, and smooth living experience for everyone, we request all tenants and staff to follow the guidelines mentioned below:
1. Police Verification & Documentation
All tenants and staff must complete the required documentation and police verification (NOC) at the earliest. This is a crucial step for safety and legal compliance.
2. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
Please note that the management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
As this is a shared accommodation:
- Store your valuables inside your designated cupboard or personal luggage.
- Management can assist by checking CCTV footage, wherever applicable, but cannot guarantee item recovery.
3. Kitchen Use Guidelines
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the common kitchen:
- Keep your cooking essentials and utensils inside your room after use.
- This supports the housekeeping staff in cleaning and allows other tenants to use the kitchen smoothly.
4. Common Refrigerator Usage
- Label all your items clearly with your name.
- Do not use items that belong to others. Please respect shared space ethics.
5. Found Items Protocol
If you find any lost item belonging to another tenant, kindly:
- Return it directly to them, or
- Hand it over to the management team for safe return.
Your cooperation builds a trustworthy community.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Let’s work together to make your stay safe, comfortable, and respectful for everyone.
