We are updating our key replacement and lockout support policy to ensure smooth operations and better service. Please read the following carefully:
- Key Replacement Charges
If a key is lost, the following replacement charges will apply:
Main Door Key: ₹500
Cupboard Key: ₹500
Both Keys Lost: ₹1,000
Please keep your keys safe to avoid these charges.
- Lockout Support (Key Forgotten Inside Room)
If you forget your key inside your room:
First, please try contacting your roommate or flatmate for help.
If no one is available and our team needs to visit the property to assist, a service charge of ₹300 will be applicable.
This helps us manage staff time and ensure quick support.
- Key Submission During Move-Out
All tenants are required to return their keys during the move-out process. If the key is not submitted:
Our team will wait up to 24 hours to collect it.
If the key is still not received after 24 hours, the relevant lock replacement charges (₹500 per key or ₹1,000 for both) will be applied.
This policy ensures that we can promptly prepare and allot the bed, cupboard, or room to incoming tenants without delays.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to maintain fairness and efficiency for all tenent.
