At GharApna Management Services, our goal is to provide a peaceful, secure, and professionally managed Paying Guest (PG) experience. To maintain harmony, safety, and comfort for all residents, we follow certain house rules and regulations. These rules are designed in the best interest of every tenant and are strictly enforced.

Please read them carefully before入住 (check-in) and during your stay.

1. Entry of Opposite Gender

To ensure privacy and comfort for all residents:

• Opposite gender is strictly not allowed inside the premises

• Exception: Only Co-Live approved residents are permitted, as per management records

• Any violation of this rule will attract:

  • ₹2,000 fine for the first instance

  • Immediate eviction on repetition, and

  • Security deposit will be frozen

This rule is non-negotiable and monitored seriously.

2. Drinking, Smoking & Parties

GharApna PGs are strictly no-smoking, no-alcohol, and no-party zones.

• Consumption of alcohol or smoking inside rooms or common areas is strictly prohibited

• Parties or gatherings with outside friends inside the premises are not allowed

• If found:

  • ₹2,000 penalty for the first violation

  • Immediate eviction on repeat offence

  • Security deposit will be frozen

These rules help maintain a healthy and disturbance-free environment.

3. Key Lost / Forgotten Policy

To ensure security and smooth operations, the following charges apply:

• Lost Key:

  • Lock replacement charges: ₹1,000

• Key forgotten inside room / office:

  • Assistance for door opening: ₹300 per instance

Tenants are requested to handle keys responsibly.

4. Rent Payment Policy & Late Fees

Our rent cycle is from 1st to 31st of every month.

• Rent should be paid on or before the 5th of every month

• If rent is not paid by the 10th:

  • 10% late fee on monthly rent will be applicable

• If rent crosses the 15th of the month:

  • Immediate eviction notice will be issued

  • Tenant must vacate the premises

  • One-month notice charges will be adjusted from the security deposit

Timely rent payment helps us maintain quality services for everyone.

5. Hosting Friends or Family Members

We understand that friends or family may visit occasionally.

• Overnight stay is allowed only with prior management approval

• Accommodation will be provided subject to availability

• Hosting charges:

  • ₹500 per day per person

Unauthorized stays are strictly prohibited and may lead to penalties.
